พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิริราชพิมุขสถาน เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่จัดตั้งขึ้นใหม่ ภายใต้โครงการ “สถาบันการแพทย์

สยามินทราธิราช” คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล โดยใช้พื้นที่อาคารสถานีรถไฟธนบุรี(เดิม) บริเวณปากคลอง บางกอกน้อย ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของที่ดินจำนวน 33 ไร่ ที่ได้รับมอบจากการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย

พิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้ ประกอบด้วยอาคารอนุรักษ์ 4 หลัง ได้แก่ อาคารสถานีรถไฟ 1 หลัง อาคารที่ทำ
